We aren't a marketplace or a fulfillment provider — final purchase decisions and transactions happen between you and the vendor.
AI-extracted data (prices, stock status, vendor contacts, lead times) can be wrong. We score and verify everything we can, but you are responsible for confirming critical details directly with the vendor before placing a bid or order.
Subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the current period. Plan limits (searches, monitors, calls) reset on each billing cycle.
BidPilot is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from missed bids, wrong product matches, or vendor disputes. Your maximum recovery is limited to the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
We'll email material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.
